We make convenience a priority, offering options for both pick-up and delivery through our preferred car service. To ensure freshness, select dishes may be reheated at your venue and beautifully presented on Heaven’s Manna Catering’s platters or other serving items upon request.

Chef Melanie
Founder and owner of Heaven’s Manna Catering, I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. My love for cooking began at the age of 10. My paternal grandmother had a big influence on my love for cooking. During the time I spent in her kitchen, I had no idea my love for cooking would lead to my culinary success. I am hard-pressed to say where I am the happiest…in the kitchen preparing meals and making memories.

My family and I relocated to Dallas, Texas in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina where I supplemented my income by cooking out of my home. More and more requests were received to provide food and catering services for social and catering events, therefore, in October 2014, Heaven's Manna Catering was formally birth.
